I’m Abbi, a herbalist and healer based in the Ribeira Sacra, Northern Spain, with Cymru roots.

I guide people in working with plant medicine to support whole person healing, with an approach rooted in my deep connection to the land.

For over 15 years I’ve lived off grid in the forest, immersed in nature’s rhythms. As founder of an animal sanctuary, my life is devoted to caring for and healing beings of all kinds.

I weave my intuitive gifts with ancestral wisdom and the energetics of plants, working with the deeper patterns within the body and its interconnected systems.

At the heart of my practice is a life of walking, foraging, listening, and honoring the cycles.

HOW I WORK

My herbal practice involves looking at each indivdiual as a unique being. I work with you to understand the root cause of your health issues by considering the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects to help bring you back into balance and healing.

Initial Consultation

60-90 minute initial consultation on Zoom where you can share your health story in a relaxed setting. We will talk through what is currently going on with you, your past medical history, as well as diet and lifestyle.

Personalized Herbal Treatment Plan

After our session I'll create a personalized herbal treatment plan which will be sent to you via email within 48 hours. I will reflect on your unique story and design a plan that is 100% tailored to you.

Guidance in Medicine Making

I do not currently dispense herbal medicines directly, but I provide support for sourcing your own herbs and if needed can help guide you in making your own simple herbal preparations.

Follow Up Support

I offer 30-45 minute follow up sessions which I recommend around 4 weeks after your initial consult. These follow up sessions allow me to review progress and adjust your treatment plan.

Initial consultations are €90 and follow up sessions are €45
